Embroidery is Brown Dog's specialty plain and simple and with our commercial equipment we can accomodate any need. Our special software allows us to take your design or logo and convert it to an embroidery file. We also have thousands of clipart files to choose from so there is no shortage of ideas. From file form we hoop your product, load it on the machines and sew it out, it's that simple. Our equipment can handle embroidery work up to 11" x 16" and on many different materials. We happily accept orders from individuals looking for that something special for their grandchild to uniforms for your company.

Delivery Time:
Once we have artwork approval on average it will take 10 - 14 working days to process an order, plus shipping time. A charge for rush orders is determined by a number of factors, which will be discussed if needed.
Quantity:
There are no minimums.
Digitizing:
$30.00 for left chest design with less than 20,000 stitches. Intricate designs require a charge of $50.00 which will be discussed before work starts. $99.00 for full backs. Add $15.00 for designs that require clean up for us to have a usable file. Applies only to designs we don't stock.
Set-up fee:
$10.00 (includes measuring and hooping)
If you place an order for 12 pieces or more, we will waive your set-up fee.
Payment:
Unless otherwise contracted, all orders will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion. Any payments paid after thrity (30) days will be charged 1.5% interest.
Disc Copy of your digitized file: $10
Artwork:
We accept images in JPG, GIF, BMP or PNG forms in high resolution for the best digital printing. We also can work with CorelDRAW and Photoshop images. We can provide original artwork at $60 per hour (clipart layout at $15 per hour) a minimum billing of $6.

13" width x 19" height
Size and Placement:
Please include size and placement of prints when ordering, if there is no preference we use industry standards.

There are no minimum orders nor set-up fees.
Photo Printing:
We accept your photo images in resolutions of 300 dpi or higher. The higher resolution is needed to give better detailed quality to the printing. Resolutions lower will result in an image that is pixelated such as the bitmapped image below.
Shirt Color:
Digital printing requires the use of light colored or white fabrics on which to print. There is no white ink so the color of the image must be darker than the color of the fabric. Please note that the darker the fabric is, its color will show through your image.
Payment:
Unless otherwise contracted, all orders will require a 50% deposit with the remaining balance due upon completion. Any payments paid after thrity (30) days will be charged 1.5% interest.

Artwork:

Please include size and placement of prints when ordering. Max print area for Adult Large and up is 11.25" width x 14" height.

Print Charges:
Screens: $25 per color.
Color Change: There is a charge of $15 per color for changing ink color during production run.
PMS Color Matching: PMS color matching requirea a $20 charge per color per order.
Underlay: Counts as additional color.
